Henry David Real Estate is a licensed California real estate brokerage that represents buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions across the San Francisco Bay Area. Our services include buyer and seller representation, marketing and listing homes for sale, and a direct cash-offer program for sellers who prefer a fast, as-is sale.
2. Licensed Brokerage
Henry David Real Estate operates under California Real Estate Broker License #01711990, issued by the California Department of Real Estate. All transactions are conducted in compliance with California Business and Professions Code §§ 10000 et seq. and applicable DRE regulations.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome or Value
Home-value estimates, cash-offer figures, market analyses, and projected timelines are estimates based on available market data and are not guarantees of value, sale price, or outcome. All property information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and must be independently verified.
4. Agency & Cash-Offer Disclosure
Henry David Real Estate may represent a buyer, a seller, or — where permitted and disclosed in writing — both parties in a transaction. When we make or facilitate a cash offer to purchase a property, we disclose our role and any principal interest to the seller in writing. Agency relationships are disclosed in accordance with California law.
